All orders are dispatched in plain generic post office padded envelopes or boxes and the return address is to Chrysalis Ventures, our holding company. There is no indication on the outside of the packaging of the nature of the contents and no mention of Black Label.

In addition Chrysalis Ventures is the name you will see on your credit card statement relating to your transaction with us.

All transactions are conducted using SSL encryption and comply with the highest possible security standards.

We use the NAB Payment Gateway which applies further security measures and means that we do not store, or even see your credit card details. You also have the option of paying us via Paypal.

If neither of these methods suit, you can also place your order by telephone. Simply call the number on our contact details page and speak to one of our friendly staff.
