Black Label Sex Toy Freight and Returns Policy

Our priority is the discreet and prompt delivery of your order.

Freight methods and costs:

Orders within USA and Canada:

USPS. We charge a flat rate of US$8.50 regardless of the size of order and shipping is free for orders over US$200

Orders within UK:

Royal Mail & Parcelforce. We charge a flat rate of £3 regardless of the size of the order and shipping is free for orders over £150

Orders to continental Europe:

Royal Mail International. We charge a flat rate of £8 regardless of the size of the order and shipping is free for orders over €200

Australia & Asia:

Australia Post. Freight costs are calculated on a weight/destination basis and the final cost is shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Shipping is free for orders within Australia over AUD$250.

Freight Policy and Packaging

All orders are dispatched in regular unbranded post packs with our holding company, Chrysalis Ventures, shown as the return address.

Many of the items we sell come in their own gift boxes complete with chargers and international adaptors, so please don''t be alarmed if sometimes the freight costs seem a little high. This is merely a reflection of the weight of the parcel due to the quality of the packaging. We do not inflate freight costs.

At no extra charge to you we also apply insurance for orders over $1000.

Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, or the nearest working day.

Black Label will email you when your order is dispatched.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. But please don't use the toys or handle them :) By law once a sex toy has been handled it is deemed to be sold!

If you receive an item from us that is defective in any way we will replace it.

In this unlikely event please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement.

Most of our items have a warranty period of up to 1 year. Please check the packaging for the exact details of your purchase.
